Recruiting is the foundation to a successful program. As a staff we will be diligent in recruiting prospective student-athletes who will embody the values of the program. We will identify players who have the academic and athletic qualifications that will help them excel at the university. Each year the staff will evaluate our recruiting needs for the following year, strategically pursue prospect that we will recruit student-athletes whose character and integrity of the program is upheld.
